Health Insurance Procedure
At Resilient Mind Psychiatric Services PLLC, we are proud to be in-network with major insurance providers. As a gesture of convenience and support to our patients with in-network insurance, our dedicated billing department takes care of direct communication with your insurance company to secure coverage for the services we’ve rendered.

Appointments and No-show Policies
We value and encourage our patients’ commitment to their scheduled appointments. We also recognize that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to appointment changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us through a phone call or via our patient portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your prompt communication helps us provide the best care for all our patients. We may charge $50 for no shows and missed appointments without proper notification.
